Lots of cards and letters last week about Lauro and fotologs. Why wasn't he linked? Are you teasing? Do you want him all to yourself? Would he like to visit Indianapolis? No, nein and you have to ask him about that last one. The scoop: Lauro's first fotolog is down. But he has several pages so here is the second. His fotolog name is Acustico.
The title of his second page is Só se vê na Bahia, which roughly translates as You Only See in the Bahia. (??) Lauro says people ask about his screen-name. O porquê do 'acusticos'? Porque gosto muito de música. "The reason behind 'acoustics'? Because I like different kinds of music." He looks sensitive, no?
Let's see him working out ...
A few asked how I stumbled across Lauro's site. No mystery, just plain old surfing. a guysite, Made in Brazil, Oh la la Paris and Towleroad have been virtual portals into the world of fotologs. I followed their suggestions and searched for more on my own. Try the archives of any of those sites and you can do the same.
Woah. He sho' do love himself, don't he? More than 300 pictures of ... him. Not that i scrolled through and ogled-- er, examined every one or anything like that ...

I just would like to correct the translation of Só se vê na Bahia. This means "You only see in Bahia", wich is a Brazilian state famous for black people and culture.
Love your site. And also I loved Lauro. He is gorgeous.

He is lovely. I'd like to point out, however, that in the second photo, which he appears to be giving a big old "ok", he's actually giving the Brazilian sign for "up your a$$". Just to clarify.
