In case you haven't yet picked up a copy of the November GQ, you'd better score one fast. First, there is the very hot shirtless cover of Dwyane Wade. Then, the coup de gras: In a six-page editorial, Rod 2.0 fave John Legend demonstrates why the double-breasted suit isn't just for bankers anymore. At top, the singer-songwriter is looking tres fabulous in a black gabardine wool suit by Louis Vuitton.
The styling and photography is just killer. Love this Calvin Klein number.
The Sunday New York Times waxes poetically on Legend's old skool appeal: "[Legend] is at once old-fashioned and trendy, courtly and cool, attention-grabbing and understated. Throw in his swagger and distressed jeans that actually fit and Mr. Legend comes across more like a preppie Joe College than a typical R&B star."
John Legend's new album, Once Again, will be released on Tuesday.

Well, he's cute...but he's a skinny little ol' thang, but everybody don't like beef. More pictures of Reggie Bush, please.

Wait, John L. is skinny?! What? Dude is 5'9 and a singer. I doubt anyone would be interested in him if he were R. Bush size--who is a football player. Big difference!

John Legend, John Legend, John Legend. . .Legend? No, really? Something about his voice and persona leaves me cold. When I think of true legendary singers, I think of Nat King Cole, Brook Benton, Ronald Isley, Donny Hathaway, Teddy Pendergrass, Luther Vandross. I don't see him fitting into that line of exceptional singers and, in the case of Hathaway and Cole, extraoridnary pianists. God bless him, but I see Mr. Stephens going the way of Maxwell. Yeah, remember him? Right!
