One little known fact: Trey Songz has been gaining traction in Asia and Latin America. In early 2006, the Virginia-born crooner collaborated with bilingual Japanese R&B/Hip-Hop artist AI on her single "Believe." The duo performed this track live at the MTV Awards in Japan.
The hottie singer also collaborated with a former member of a Mexican pop band for the single "Quien eres tu" and sings in Spanish. That track gained considerable airplay and digital sales across Mexico and Latin America.
