It's time to start obsessing over Adrian Peterson. Later tonight on Monday Night Football, the star rookie running back of the Minnesota Vikings will face the Green Bay Packers. The 2007 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year is in fantastic shape—see for yourself in Adrian's cover editorial in the October Muscle & Fitness.
The issue dropped at the news stands over the weekend and we took a few scans. The 6'1, 217 pound football phenom is in phine form and shares his workouts in a print and video editorial. "I definitely bring a lot of intensity to the weight room. We're thinking Adrian Peterson brings "a lot of intensity" to other extracurricular activities.
