Kellen Winslow Now the Highest Paid Tight End in History

In sport: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers sign super tight end Kellen Winslow, acquired in a February trade with Cleveland, to a six-year contract extension. This is the biggest tight end contract in NFL history, ESPN reports.

"Winslow, according to his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, agreed to a six-year, $36.1 million deal that includes $20.1 million in guarantees. With incentives, the deal could grow to $42.1 million."

Winslow's knee was damaged severely in a 2005 motorcycle accident and has recovered. Winslow is ranked as one of the league's top tight ends, so now he is certainly paid like one. Oh and Winslow is probably one of the best looking and has one of the biggest pair of biceps—albeit impressively inked—in the league. Nothing like a tight end who can catch whatever is thrown his way.
