FOX "News" continues to operate in an alternative universe, especially when a Republican falls out of favor. Disgraced South Carolina Republican Gov. Mark Sanford was identified as a "Democrat" at his afternoon press conference. Media Matters reports the right-wing cable news channel "later correctly identified" the governor as a Republican.
Mark Foley and John McCain are among the many other Republican politicians whose party identification was switched on-air.

Fox News is not a news network but a comedy channel.

They have 2 letters to choose from "R" or "D" and they only seem to get it right when the story is something positive for someone with an "R" next to his name, anything negative about one of their boys and they put a "D" next to his name before they correct it. Such a sham of a "news" channel, I can't believe they are always number 1 in the ratings for news on cable.

Rod, you know you need to quit, that is so funny I almost spit my coffee onto the monitor, funny, to those of us in the real world, but to the typical Fox viewers, just how many will continue to think he is part of the Democratic party?
