There's another incredible YouTube video from across the Atlantic Ocean that has taken over "teh internets". This time its not a dowdy Scottish spinster but 27-year-old English bisexual hottie Danyl Johnson. On Monday, the official clip on YouTube registered about 600,000 views since the weekend. Twenty-four hours later, the count has more than doubled past 1.2 million.
Danyl's audition for The X Factor—the British show that launched American Idol—and his rendition of "With a Little Help from My Friends" blew away the audience and judges, reports the Daily Mail.
"And he admitted fancying not just one of the judges - but all four. The bisexual performer said he is a 'free spirit' who dates women and men and admitted that he thinks all the judges are good-looking - even Louis Walsh. 'I don't like to conform or be put into one box or another and if I'm honest all the judges are good-looking,' he said. 'If I like someone's personality it doesn't matter what sex they are.'
The legendary cantankerous Simon Cowell was so impressswed the audience with a standing ovation. says Cowell: "That was single-handedly the best first audition I have ever heard."
The teacher from Reading has some experience and "already starred in three bands and even won a national karaoke competition," reports the Daily Mirror.
The British are light years ahead of America in their cultural acceptance of LGBTs. The sexuality of Adam Lambert, the runner-up to last season's American Idol, was an open secret and only confirmed after the competition ended. On the other hand, the British public voted for an out lesbian on the BBC version of Idol, Fame Academy.

British society is pretty open regarding LGBT. In England, there's only 1/3 of people believe there's a God, and those who believe, are not religious.

Good for him. It does seem that the Brits are more accepting of "alternative" sexualities. Torchwood-- who's main character is bisexual *and* played by an openly gay actor-- would never have been produced in the US, much less become as popular as it is over there.

Danyl is a hit and a natural born performer. He has the voice of an angel and is totally at ease on the tele. We are quite proud of him in Berkshire!
