A view toward the Atlantic Ocean pier at Casa Marina Resort in Key West. Poolside drinks and lunch—and two cute waiters—were courtesy of Stephen Murray Smith, our host from the Key West Business Guild. Others on the press junket include my e-buddy Joe Jervis, Father Tony, EDGE's Michael Lavers, SiriusXM's Frank DeCaro, LOGO's Mike Diamond and Josh Koll and Josh Hellman.
The morning began with a poolside breakfast at Big Ruby's Guesthouse—there are banana trees literally growing next to the pool—and then the LGBT Historic Trolley Tour. (You really really want Ms. Vee as a tour guide.) You'll probably see me in the background for Mike Diamond's segment for LOGO's Trip Out. Then poolside at the historic Casa Marina, originally built on 1920 by railroad magnate Henry Flagler.
Conch fritters and smoked fish dip. BTW, if you're a native of Key West you're known as a "conch". If you've lived here for at least seven years, you're a "freshwater conch".

@rod thanks for bringing us along albeit via cyber tourism
