Rod 2.0 Crush Object Deluxe Race Cooper (nsfw) returns and is ripped and stripped for your pleasure. The XXX hotness is captured in a scorching new fetish-inspired editorial lensed by Los Angeles-based photographer and R20 friend Steven Blank.
Race Cooper was last seen bulging in latex and showing his jock. Blank's work was last seen here when he lensed Tyson Kobie's poolside strip show and Alex Castro's massive Gladiator'-sized bulges. What is hiding under Coop's super sexy skin tight jeans? Lots of muscle and some very hard assets WHEN YOU JUMP.

Don't see him- sorry.- He posted a pic of him dressed up as Aunt Jamima for Halloween and that sealed the deal for me.

He's hella sexy. I'm conflicted about his image tho.

I agree Lang B. I just saw the photo. He's coon'n for white folks. He just became invisible to me too.

Hot! Hot! Hot!

Race Cooper is off the MFng hook. I love him. The Aunt Jemima costume didnt bother me because he's edgy and it didnt strike me as much different than the ballroom kids who dress up that way and serve friend chicken at their events.
I like him.

THOSE LAST TWO PICS DAMN

I agree with the first comments. I thought that Race Cooper was hot but my whole image of him changed when he chose to dress in a Halloween outfit for the second straight year that was actually demeaning. He says that he did it to deconstruct the whole thing about race because black people must learn how to laugh at themselves. Well hardy, har, har Race, I don't see how we are deconstructing anything by resorting to the worst sort of buffonery and stereotypical images known to the black race. This brother bothers me because no self aware, self respecting black man would resort to this type of buffonery.I don't care how fine he is but this is one guy I choose to pass on.

>>> I don't see how we are deconstructing anything by resorting to the worst sort of buffonery and stereotypical images known to the black race.
And you would say to Tyler Perry? Pretty effin' stereotypical if you ask me.

As someone who personally knows Race Cooper from well before his porn days, he's an edgy person and that's what I love about him.
Everyone, get to know a few Canadian blacks. You'll noticed a few things different about them. The first being that they don't have the African-American "slave mentality" that we're basically indoctrinated with as having been raised in the states. All the blacks that I've met in Canada have been goal-oriented and intelligent blacks with a good head on their shoulders. They can talk about race w/o feeling like the "man" is out to put them down. From talking to a few black Canadians, they actually shun us for not being able to move past our old ways. Of course, this was Pre-Obama.
Also, since when is one's blackness defined as being able to not laugh at yourself or your race? I'm sure those that are criticizing him have made fun of some element of our race in the past. Be it joking about foods, music, clothing, some part of our history, or some part of our culture, we all do something that makes us laugh at our past and then realize how far we've come.
And yes, I'm personally defending Race because that's what good friends do.

Trevor if Tyler Perry were the subject matter here then yes the same criticism would be applied. However this is about Race Cooper so that's why the comment was made.Pretty effin interesting that you choose to justify the actions of one form of buffonery by bringing up another.

>>>"The first being that they don't have the African-American "slave mentality" that we're basically indoctrinated with as having been raised in the states."
Because Canadian blacks were not slaves. The major are descendants of West Indians (who have their own issues w/ AAs) or free persons of color. There are also very few blacks in Canada and although there is technically less "racism" per se, there do not have the legacy of African Americans (slavery, Jim Crow, crumbling inner cities, grinding poverty etc). And I say this as a black American who has been to Canada many times, from Vancouver to Nova Scotia ...where there are a few all black towns, too.
I'm sympathetic to your argument. I happen to like Race. But for the people who do not like him, don't make it seem like it's "their" problem or "our' problem. Not being African "American', perhaps he doesn't see the cultural implications of dressing as Aunt Jemima for WHITE people. Or maybe he doesn't care and likes it...he has a white "boyfriend", is mostly seen in the company of white gay men and often is cast as the submissive black bottom in interacial bondage. I'm just sayin'.
So I understand what you're saying, but please don't say we black American nikkaz are too stupid to get the "edgy" humor of a black gay porn star dressed as Aunt Jemima for an all white audience. That's not edgy. That's being a caricature. Maybe you wanna take that argument to the black gays at Towleroad. I am sure they will appreciate it.
But I will say he is phine as hell and can give and take a good pounding. And that's hot. The bondage scenes are edgy. Dressing up as mammie for the white boys is just coonin'.

@ A. Davis:
That's what I'm saying. They're both buffoons. And you might want to dial down your outrage or take it elsewhere, I think we're making the same point.
Posted by: Trevor | 30 November 2009 at 21:00
Dalton I agree wholeheartedly with you 100%.
Posted by: a.davis | 30 November 2009 at 21:05
Sorry, I meant to say "The majority are descendants of West Indians (who have their own issues w/ AAs) or free persons of color."
Duh!
Posted by: Dalton | 30 November 2009 at 21:07
@ Trevor,Outrage? I hardly think what I said too you or what I spoke of could be referred to as outrage. It was an opinion given just as you gave one.

Apres Moi said: "From talking to a few black Canadians, they actually shun us for not being able to move past our old ways"
Who cares what "a few" black Canadians told you? This is our culture we're talking about. We've had to live it through blood, sweat and tears. I could care less what some black gay Canadian thinks about me, living in Vancouver, never being called a "n----r", never had to dodge a bullet or never having to get on welfare just to get health insurance for their HIV meds. Seriously.
I'm insulted, like we're too dense to get the "edgy humor" of Aunt Jemima. Like it's third year calculus. What dalton said: take that to the black gay men at Towleroad and Queerty.

Thank You Dalton..

Apres Moi: Please pass on my best wishes to your friend Race. I look forward to his next film.
I commented on Race's blog when he talked about wanting to appear in blackface at an event in New York.
While I understand the need and desire to 'deconstruct' images, I'm not sure that Halloween or a gay meet-and-greet is the place to do it, particularly because you'll probably have to spend 1/2 hour explaining what you're doing so they 'get it.' Perhaps some of it is the difference between the US and Canada...but I also think that Race is an intelligent person and so should have a better understanding of what some of his attempts at being 'edgy' means.
BTW: There WERE slaves in Canada, although that part of history is not well known on either side of the US northern border. I've also felt very comfortable and treated well by black, white, and brown Canadians when my partner and I have visited, and not in any way that the black ones 'looked down' on us in any way for being from The States.

He's hot!
And no one cares what a bunch of humorless drama queens think. So he dressed up as Aunt Jemima. Obviously a joke. Quit being so serious - it's boring.
Posted by: GeraldT | 01 December 2009 at 01:08
Um- I KNEW Race too before the PORN status and I can tell you images DO lie. He has an incredible body (face in person??? subjective He is such the panderer to the vanilla guys (been That way- before he got into porn). NOT buying it at all. I also know Many Black Canadians- dated/ lived in both Canada & U.S. They would not get the Aunt Jamima gig/joke. To think that Black Canadians cannot identify with the struggles of AA" s is very insulting. @ GeraldT- a Joke? What's next for halloween - walking around with nooses around our necks? Would it be a joke if he dressed up as a Nazi to "deconstruct" perceptions?

Neck down nice!
Posted by: STN | 01 December 2009 at 06:07
I agree wth STN, gorgeous body, not very attractive face. I did watch one of his porns yesterday it was him and another black dude. All I can say is, it wasn't very sexy to me. Lots of over "acting" and I never get into it when black men use the "c" word for penis. All in all, not a fan. I really don't care about his personal views or anything. For christ sake's he does porn, I don't expect him to enlighten me or be a rocket scientist.
