Richard Adjei, the German Olympian who took silver earlier this week in the the two-man bobsleigh, fell short in his quest for another medal in tonight's 4-man event. Team USA won gold—its first gold medal in that competition in 62 years—the second German team won silver and Canada took the bronze. Adjei's team was in fourth place and about a minute behind the bronze.
This is the first Olympics for the 27-year-old Adjei, the former linebacker for the Berlin Thunder in NFL Europe and the son of a German father and Ghanaian mother. A few images of Adjei at the podium winning his silver earlier this week in the 2-man event WHEN YOU JUMP ...
Said Adjei when he won his silver medal in the two-man event: "I want to show people, hey, Germany changed. A lot of people still think Germany's mean and bad, you know? I'm half white, half black, I'm at the Games, representing my country and I'm proud. When I do sport, and compete well, they say, 'Germany's changed.'"

I've quickly become a fan of that hottie. And I'm glad Holcombe and USA won gold. But I tell you one thing, Germany should win a Gold Metal for those hot rear ends.

I watched the 2 man bobsled competition and it seemed like he was trying hard not to be seen on TV. He kept that helmet on with the dark glass and I wanted to see what he looked like so bad. It wasn't till they were in 1st place and were waiting for the next team's time that I got to see him. It was worth the wait because he is fine.

You might wish to be less selective. Fully four black negroes of colour (BNOCs) were on teams that made the top 25 in four-man. Who else can name them?
