Russell Simmons: Repeal DADT and "Support @Lt. DanChoi"

Music and entertainment mogul Russell Simmons tweets his support of Lt. Dan Choi to his 343,117 followers.

In related news: Choi and the five other LGBT veterans with GetEQUAL were released from jail Wednesday, one day after being arrested for handcuffing themselves to the White House fence in a protest against "Don't Ask, Don't Tell." Choi and fellow Army veteran Capt. Jim Pietrangelo, among those arrested at the protest, were arrested in a similar White House action on March 18. The cases have been combined into a July 14 trial date, reports DC Agenda.
