I love how Rachel really breaks it down for the average person to fully understand in detail what happened. The pro Prop 8 people ought to be embarrassed! They knew early on this wouldn't go in their favor.
The only thing they could do was bitch and complain about being so called victims of the supposed, "homosexual agenda", LOL!!!!!!!!

While I like the breakdown, i think they made a bad arguement on purpose. The truth is they want this to go to the highest court. You can't do that if you win at the lowest level. The big guns will be coming out as they build their case.
