The screen adaptation of Ntozake Shange's For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf has been officially shortened to For Colored Girls. The release date has been moved up to November for Academy Award season. For Colored Girls also co-stars Macy Gray, who talked to R20 about the movie and Tyler Perry.

Don't think Kimberly looks angry, she looks pained to me. This woman is one of my favorite actresses. I can't wait to see this.

Guys, and I am not being sharp here just helpful. If you can find ANYTHING about FOR COLORED GIRLS on Youtube, WATCH IT! It is a MASTERFUL piece and will get you ready for the film in November.
It's a serious SISTERS-GOING-THROUGH-ALL-OF-THEIR-EMOTIONS kinds of piece and these photos are priceless.
