More developments in the August 25th shooting death of Durand Robinson, the co-owner of Traxx, Atlanta's über-popular Black gay nightclub. Robinson was killed only one week before Black Gay Pride, which he helped organize.
On Christmas Eve there was news that the Atlanta Police Department is looking for a person of interest connected to the four-month-old homicide. GA Voice confirms this and—contradicting earlier reports—adds "the person of interest is not in custody."
The 50-year-old Robinson was gunned down in an apparent carjacking on a southwest Atlanta street. Police tell WSB the suspect fled in Robinson’s SUV, crashed nearby and fled on foot. Detectives are seeking the person of interest and want to re-interview an eyewitness.

It's good to see continued efforts toward this case. Hope the criminal(s) are caught and brought to justice. Thanks for the update.
