The New York Daily News reports:
Daniel Rodriguez, 22, apologized for the beating that put victim Jack Price in the hospital for three weeks with a broken jaw, broken ribs and two collapsed lungs. "Through the grace of God I hope someday Jack Price will forgive me," a sobbing Rodriguez told Queens Supreme Court Justice Barry Kron.
Price, 50, was physically incapable of continuing to work as a superintendent at three College Point buildings and recently decided to move out of state."I didn't deserve this," Price said. "I cannot understand how anyone could hate me or anybody else this much to cause him this much pain and suffering...It shows how much hate they have inside of them."
Price was hospitalized for three weeks so doctors could repair his broken jaw, broken ribs, two collapsed lungs and a lacerated spleen. Price also lost his peripheral vision and hearing in his right ear. He takes an assortment of pain pills just to get through the day.
Days after the beating, hundreds marched in Queens to denounce homophobic violence. Friends of the suspects organized a counter-protest to support the local gay-bashers. One of Rodriguez's friends proudly showed off his Leviticus tattoo to the local media.
Rodriguez' co-defendant Daniel Aleman was sentenced to eight years in prison in December.

It's a good thing Rodriquez likes to use his fists. That may serve in well in prison.
Watching that video again brought it all back. Its amazing how fast we forget about these horrors.
And did you notice the car that sped right by the action? Incredible.

I hope that both these monsters experience what they inflicted on their victim... May each day they serve be a day of horror and anxiety. I hope they both have Bubba buddies who will definitely watch their backs... No mercy!

That city made my stomach turn often because so many people TALK like they are safe and in this Mecca of approval and affirmation and some of the MOST egregious crimes against HUMAN BEINGS happen in that city! God bless you because I pray for my NYC brothas and sistahs everyday! It's beyond.
This case sickens me: PEOPLE MARCHING FOR GAY-BASHING/BASHERS?!?! TATTOOING LEVITICUS 18:22 ON YOUR BODY (WHICH BREAKS LEVITICUS 19:28 BY THE WAY, IDIOT!!!!)...I mean COME ON!

I promise you they are both going to have a heyday in lockdown.
