@TheRevKev .. You mention you will be going to the homegoing. Is it possible if you can grab a program for me as I won't be able to go?

Rodney, I will try. I will see how many are available. If not, I will scan it and post it/send it to Rod to post to all. We must honor this beautiful brother's life!

This is very saddening. This beautiful man was my very first internet crush when I was 16 years old.
Years later, I got the guts to speak with him and I'm glad I did because he was a sweetheart. He never lost his cool and wasn't shady like so many of the beautiful ones are.
RIP Murrell.

@The RevKev and Rod, Please post the program for the services on the site. Thanks to you both.

What no one seems to be making clear--including Rod--is what happened. Why did an apparently healthy and happy young man die so suddenly?
Can anyone inform us?
Posted by: Occam's Razor | 26 May 2011 at 16:14
Rev Kev and Rod: Thank you!
Occam: Death certificates are given to next of kin. Families are not required to share or tell anyone how someone died.
Rod is surely not required to report how/why his friend died if the family doesn't want it shared. I have very much respect to R20 for NOT gossipping and respecting the family's wish.
You obviously didn't know Maurice. Why are you commenting in several posts demanding a cause of death?
Posted by: Carlos | 26 May 2011 at 16:42
Carlos, I know you are upset, we all are, there is no need to attack Occam, he just asked a simple question. He's not the only one that is baffled by this sudden man's death. It's a natural curiosity.
And we know Rod would never stoop to such low levels as other bloggers (namely TMZ) and disrespect Maurice's family. In due time....let's just now focus on a man who was loved and adored.
RIP, Maurice

My heart goes out to his family. Regardless of what caused his untimely passing; a young man is gone too soon. Let us never forget that, please.
