New singer-songwriter Martyn has previously claimed on Twitter and via representatives that the rumors of a "down low" relationship with Chris Brown were indeed true. Over the course of seven minutes, Martyn reaffirms this, then denies it, then claims he "was just repeating what other people were saying" and ultimately says is was "sarcasm."
"But some of it is true!" adds Martyn. "But most of it is not! We had a twitter conversation ... but it was changed!"
Martyn implies that he may have been "paid" to keep quiet. Oh and no comment on Trey Songz. Too bad! Listen AFTER THE JUMP ...

Clearly this is smoke and mirroirs and meant to throw a wrench in the rumours. Why are we giving this any attention is beyond me. Chris Brown is over and that is what this is all about!

Do we really care if Chris Brown is gay or not... Come on people it's drama like this that keep gays in the closet in the first place. When are we going to start accepting people for who they are and stop punishing them for it.

It isn't drama, it's speculation. LGBTs are "punished" every day around the world. Chris Brown is a celebrity and is not being persecuted or "punished" by having discussion the gay rumors that, you know, seem to have a strong, emotional reaction to for someone who insists he isn't the ghey.

There is nothing wrong with being gay. But "what keeps gays in the closet" are intolerant churches, bigoted family members and governments that HARASS, PROSECUTE and PERSECUTE innocent people for simply being gay.
Yet another black gay men who NEVER comments on any news, any stories about gay rights but the minute a straight black male celebrity is involved in any gay "drama", you feel compelled to defend his honor. SMDH.
