Prop 8 Ruling Expected Today

More than three years after California voters approved a ban on marriage equality, a federal appeals court will finally decide today whether Proposition 8 violates Constitution. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals announces a ruling is expected by 10A PT/1P ET.
