Viola Davis was absolutely brilliant in orange as she chatted with Jay Leno on The Tonight Show to promote her new film Won’t Back Down. One of the more interesting exchanges was when the actress discussed attending the Oscars with her natural hair.
Watch it AFTER THE JUMP ...
Her natural look is so stunning. Wish we could see more. The bright orange over-the-shoulder dress was created by designer Kevan Hall, who earned rave reviews for his S/S 2013 collection at the Harlem's Fashion Row event during New York Fashion Week.
Davis is a terrific LGBT ally and delivered some very powerful remarks on homophobia when she received her first Oscar nomination for her tour de force in Doubt. And it was only two years that Davis and Denzel Washington made acting history. That was the first time in the history of the Tony Awards that Black performers won Best Actor and Best Actress in a play for the same theater season.

She is drop-dead gorgeous! When is Viola Davis going to take on a romantic role? She is always cast -- brilliantly -- as dowdy, frumpy. The woman is anything but.
