There are more and disturbing details on the third allegation of underage sex against Kevin Cash. The longtime voice and puppeteer behind Sesame Street's iconic "Elmo" used alcohol to "groom" a 16-year-old into "digital penetration", according to court documents filed this week and reported by TMZ and the Daily Mail.
According to the details of the lawsuit, Clash gave John alcohol and engaged in various sexual acts with the 16-year-old. It states, 'This was John's first sexual experience of this type'. Following that initial encounter, Clash called him "incessantly to arrange meetings for sexual encounters." The newly filed lawsuit maintains that Clash "engaged in a sexual relationship with [him] ... after [he] had turned 18."
The third accuser is now 29-years-old. He has written a book manuscript that details the relationship and sex games ... where he calls Clash "Mr. Tickler" and says they played a "father and son" game.
"'Mr Tickler' is what I will call him and the game we played was father and son. We first met when I was 16 and there was no intercourse, lots of heavy kissing and he showed me what it felt like to get on your knees and obey your man. ... I thought Mr Tickler was married or something. I met him late one night while I called 'Power Chat' and he had a very dark and masculine voice that had me turned on."
Clash's departure from Sesame Street was in response to a second accuser who also filed a federal lawsuit in New York City. Cecil Singleton alleges that he was only 15-years-old when Clash began their sexual relationship almost a decade ago. Attorney Jeff Herman is representing Singleton and the latest and unnamed accuser.
Clash was first accused two weeks ago by 24-year-old Sheldon Stephens, who later recanted his allegations. Stephens announced last week that the claims were indeed true and he was pressured into a financial settlement. Stephens has told his "lawyers he will gladly forfeit the $125,000 to restore his name," reports TMZ. Stephens says that he was only 16-years-old when the sexual relationship began.
Clash was one of the executive producers at Sesame Street and worked on the popular children's television series since 1981. Clash had been Elmo's voice and puppetteer since at least 1984. He won 23 daytime Emmy awards and one prime-time Emmy.
The 52-year-old Clash is divorced and has a 19-year-old daughter. He has been publicly out since earlier this year.
