Footballer Didier Drogba Strips Down on the Field

Football sensation and Rod 2.0 crush object Didier Drogba ends a fantastic season as Chelsea's star striker. Last last week, the Ivory Coast's most popular export struck twice to earn the Chelsea a 3-2 victory over Liverpool in the team's first ever Champions League final. Thankfully, the football phenom striped down for some shirtless celebrating on the field, showing off his abs and thighs of steel. Nice.

 

 

"It seems that both AC Milan and Inter Milan have set their sights on Chelsea striker Didier Drogba," Goal.com reports. "The Ivory Coast man himself demands €7.5 million per season in wages. Milan's city rivals Inter are willing to buy the player on those terms, according to sports daily 'La Gazzetta dello Sport'. With Real Madrid also interested in the player, it looks set to be a long summer of rumours and denials surrounding the possible transfer of who is undoubtedly one of the most sought after strikers in Europe." Drogba is already one of the highest paid players in the sport and that new figure translates into about $14.8 million USD.

Not really sure how to explain this photo with Liverpool's Peter Cech besides "celebrating." In all honesty, Cech's hands, well, they look like they're about to go somewhere.

In case your calculator isn't handy, that's about $225,000 a week, or, a million dollars a month. If he accepts that offer, Didier is poised to become one of the highest paid players in the game. He won't be in the David Beckham stratosphere—but still very respectable.

We always hoped that Didier had a nice, fat ... wallet.
