Ohhh, that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Such a tease with the boys. The actor, heart throb, former wrestler and very very gay-friendly Rod 2.0 obsession camps it up with actor Steve Carell about their kissing scene in the upcoming spy comedy "Get Smart."
Carell and The Rock chatted with AP Television about their on-screen smooch. Carell joked that the big guy "has softer lips" and "smells like strawberry shortcake." Carell also jokes that Johnson is "game for anything, let me put it that way."
Johnson adds, "It was just one of those things where I thought well, you know, 'What could be the most entertaining and funniest moment that we could think of that would still make sense and still kind of root in reality? ... We came up with a great kiss. I thought if Jake Gyllenhaal can do it, Will Smith can do it, then I can do it, too. I'm going to own it. I was like, 'Give me those lips right now. Right now.'"
Actually, Will Smith didn't "do" that man-on-man kiss in Six Degrees of Separation, but we get the point, two straight guys kissing is supposed to be kinda funny, haha. Not sure what happened to The Rock, he used to be so much more off the cuff with the teasing and gay jokes. Maybe marriage does that. But we do want to hear more about the soft lips.

Via the obligatory statement to People magazine, he and wife Dany Garcia Johnson announce their separation: "While certain aspects of our relationship have changed, we are both vitally important to each other's lives. We will continue to advance and manage our business interests, our philanthropic efforts and most importantly the raising of our child together, as a loving team. We've been fortunate enough to spend the last 17 years together as a couple and look forward to spending the rest our lives together as best friends and business partners."
Not quite sure which "certain aspects of [their] relationship have changed" but a guy can only hope.

There's good news and bad news after yesterday's DVD release of the "Unrated Widescreen Edition" of Doom, where über-gorgeous Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson stars as a futuristic Marine saving people from ... something . The good news: In case you haven't yet suffered through seen the film, you'll be happy to learn that the very best special effects are shown at about two minutes—when The Rock is sitting shirtless at computer. Maybe he's searching these personals?
The bad news: If you insist on watching this movie, it just goes downhill from there. A few more Rock-hottie shots, but, that's about it. Plus, there's that ending which all true Rock fans should not tolerate ...
