Elba was most recently seen opposite Beyonce in "Obsessed" and is now executive producing a new legal drama for NBC. He's also DJing and his CD "High Class Problems Vol I" just dropped in the UK. "American Idol" Jenry Bejarano Covers "Tetu"

Jenry Bejarano didn't fare so well on American Idol 6. Their lost and the modeling industry's gain. The 18-year-old with the soulful voice and drop dead gorgeous face and body continues to storm. Jenry is one of two alternate covers of this month's TÊTU, the French homostyle magazine responsible for sizzling covers of Rod 2.0 faves Chad White and Kwame.

"American Idol" Jenry Bejarano Featured in "Flaunt"

You knew this would happen. Remember Jenry Bejarano on American Idol 6? The drop dead gorgeous teen with the soulful voice and Tyson Beckford looks (unfortunately) did not fare well in the competition but has obviously found his true calling. The 18-year-old singer adds "model" to his skill set and is featured in the latest issue of Flaunt, the edgy Los Angeles-based fashion bible whose almost-monthly editorials featuring black and Latino models and actors have become required reading.

The editorial is entitled "Grand Concourse" with a retro fashion aesthetic that fuses Bronx b-boy and haute couture. The metallic patent leather sneakers? Lanvin, yet another example of the iconic 1960s fashion house returning with a big bang. The editorial was lensed by fashion photographer Kevin Amato and the style director is Long Nguyen, the same duo who created Haaz Sleiman's recent pictorial in Flaunt. Once you're finished staring at Jenry's lips, feast your eyes on the young hotness in the Prada sneakers, hoodie and short set. Work it out.

Jenry Bejarano is now represented by Manhattan-based Request. Smart move on their part, obviously, he is going to get a lot of bookings. It's very, very nice to see Jenry is growing up quite nicely. More photos on the newsstand.

Haaz Sleiman Flaunts It

Actor-of-the-moment Haaz Sleiman is the newest "it boy" to glam it up for Flaunt, the edgy Los Angeles-based fashion bible whose almost-monthly editorials featuring black and Latino models and actors have become required reading. Sleiman stars in Thomas McCathy's new drama The Visitor, which has drawn rave reviews from the critics at Sundance and the Toronto Film Festival. More on the film and YouTube trailer is here.

Haaz Sleiman should look familiar. We first spotted him starring as the flirtatious muscle boy "Tyson" in Maurice Jamal's The Ski Trip. Since then, notes Mad Professah, the actor has been featured as ""another improbably handsome muslim terrorist" in 24 and Navy NCIS. Not bad work if you can get it.

Photographer Kevin Amato lensed the seven page editorial. Long Nguyen is the style director. It's a beautiful shoot, very monochromatic, lots of greys and blacks. Tom Ford, Thom Browne, Prada and Lanvin are represented here. Lanvin was one of the iconic houses of the 1960s and 1970s, its great to seem them making such a comeback. More photos in the magazine.
