WATCH: Trey Songz Strips Down and Performs at Highline

In your regular Trey Songz update: Variety reports concert promoter Live Nation and BET Networks have partnered to produce the "106 & Park Tour" to be headline by R&B poptarts Trey Songz and Mario. The tour begins Sept. 29 in LA.

The heavy promotion and butch queen "sex siren" look for Trey's new CD "Ready" is paying off. The album is now Top 10. One of the CD release concerts was at the Highline in New York City—where of course he stripped off his shirt at the end.

R&B Singer Mario Shares Workout Tips with "Men's Fitness"

R&B singer Mario Dewar Barrett, better known as Mario, is featured in next month's issue of Men's Fitness.  The 22-year-old singer has been mostly known for being on the thin side, but, he says he was inspired by his recent stint on Dancing with the Stars to build up muscle.

Super Mario shares his abtastic workout routine on the magazine's "How I Got Ripped" page. (Scanned into a PDF here.) 10 halfway crunches, 10 full crunches, 10 full situps. "That's one set," he says. "I do ten sets and there are no rest periods."

"There's definitely pressure for me to be a sex symbol. I like to wake up in the morning and feel good about what I see in the mirror. It's a natural high that keeps me going."
