Arizona-based Pastor Steven L. Anderson is one of two extreme evangelical Christian "ministers" who have made news due to their well-publicized "prayers" for the death of President Barack Obama. The (black) right-winger who carried an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle and a handgun to Obama's August 17th speech in Phoenix attends Anderson's Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe.
It should come as no surprise that Anderson is rabidly anti-gay and also "prays" for the death of all gays. Appearing yesterday on Michelangelo Signorile's Sirius OUTQ radio show, Anderson said if someone were to take a machine gun and spray a crowd of gays, "I would not judge them as a murderer."
Signorile writes: "Toward the end of the interview, as he went on a rant calling all gays child molesters, I let him know I was gay, something I can't believe he didn't already know."
SIGNORILE: You know, I'm gay..I'm gay, and I don't molest any children. What do you think of that?
ANDERSON: Well, I'd say you're lying.
SIGNORILE: You think i must be molesting children, right?
ANDERSON: Exactly, right.
SIGNORILE: Do you pray that I'll die tonight?
ANDERSON: If you're a homosexual, I hope you get brain cancer like Ted Kennedy.
WHEN YOU JUMP, watch and listen to Anderson's hate on Signorile and FOX News Phoenix. WWJD?
