The recent issue of Attitude—more or less the British version of Genre, or, possibly Genre is the American Attitude?—published a stunning fashion editorial by photographer Robert Decelis. "Back in Black" featured a half dozen flawless black male models ... wearing only black ... photographed against a crisp white background.
Some of the contrast was lost in the scans, but, if you want a peek at what our British cousins are wearing, let's get to it. Below, Tafari Hinds is killer in black tie, no? Dinner suit by John Galliano Homme—our second Galliano sighting this week—and patent shoes by, well, who else?
Above, Shane in Dolce & Gabbana tank, Levis 506 heavy construction jeans. Miu Miu boots. Tafari and Shane are represented by Patti Carling in Nottinghill.
Raymond aka "The Dancer", making it work in Dolce & Gabbana jacket and shirt. Pant by the sexy boyz at Dsquared. Raymond is with Models1, one of the largest agencies in Europe, also home to Daniel Pimentel.

The London Boy of the 1980s—with a twist. Maurice wears trousers and jacket by Martin Margiela, and, with a nod to Fiddy, body armour. He is also represented by Patti Carling's boutique.
Meant to publish these images last week. But, given recent comments about the lack of diversity in gay magazines on this side of the pond, we thought it would be interesting to share another find from overseas. The continental designers, stylists and editors often utilize black models in their print campaigns, esecially in gay magazines.
Plus: Isn't there something just .. over .. about the accent of black Britons?
