definitely an interesting read =)

although most of his books are kind of trite and simple for my tastes I love that man...his autobiography made me cry... here is a gay man that I can be proud of!

Kudos for E Lynn! He's a gifted man who Ive enjoyed watching develop not only as a writer but as a person in the past 10 years. He is a fine representation of a black SGL man. Im estatic that his new book will touch on homosexuality in the southern church because its something that I dealt with being raised in NC. He has opened doors for so many people to tell their stories.

I echo the comments, he doesnt have the profundity of James Baldwin but kudos to E Lynn for his unparalled level of success as a black gay writer.

Im interested to see his take on church
