Ha! Have we driven a Ford lately?

I'm sure there's plenty of big butch boy-filled superbowl parties more than happy to welcome him and... debate "civil" unions. (whispered) "Harold... call meeee."

It's no surprise Obama is aligning himself with the centrist DLC. He's a very careful centrist himself (check out the very good article in The Nation a few issues back that spelled it out). The lily-white media likes to frame him like a Progressive (probably because of the media's own racism), just as they do with Hillary (because she's a woman and because the Far Right makes political hay portraying her as Madame Clinton Kai-shek). Even a cursory look at both of their records reveals a yellow-line-licking middle-of-the-road record.

Should Ford AND Obama get lots of photo-op media play TOGETHER, shall we set our stopwatches for how quickly Rush/Hannity/O'Reilly gang starts making their "da coloreds is takin over the Democrats" racist baiting? I bet barely a news cycle or two... Surely Rove & minions are already busy searching for the Willie Horton Moment of the '08 season.

Good. You're as cynical about ObamaMania as I am.

Between Obama and the Snake-Oil-Saleswoman sHillary Clinton, as far as I can tell there aren't any Democrats worth supporting. sHillary's problem isn't that she is a snake-oil-sales-person, but that she isn't as good as being a snake-oil-sales-person as her husband.

LMAO @ Raj.

It's no secret that I'm a huge Hillary supporter, but that was priceless.
