While this may be true, I will take it with a grain of salt as well, every bad thing that can happen to a human in this country is always with blacks at the top of the list. So, anytime a "government" report comes out, I read it, and usually dismiss it, since seldom do they ever say anything good about the black population in this country.

All that said, hopefully these young people will start praticing safer sex acts.

Just because the news may be bad, or come from a government report, I don't think it's prudent to dismiss it. Perhaps it might even lead to funding (which, for those who aren't paying attention, has been cut and cut for domestic HIV prevention programs).

"Hopefully" safer sex acts might start getting practiced? Obviously it isn't happening on its own. Action needs to happen.
